- Early/late pickup or late drop off may be available for a $150 fee if arranged in advance. Unauthorized late returns incur a $200 fee.
- If smoke odor is detected, a $400 cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the RV to maintain a clean and fresh environment for all guests.
- Tanks: grey and black tanks must be emptied. Failure to empty tanks will result in a service fee between $110-$150.
- Trips over 1,000 miles require 7-night minimum. Trips 7+ days or over 1,400 miles: additional miles are $0.50 per mile.
- Return the RV in the same condition Please return the RV in the same general condition it was received, with trash removed and belongings packed. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional
