The entire rental went off without a hitch (it also went off with a hitch, as Alberto let us know that this camper had a rear hitch, which we needed as we had a hitch mounted bike carrier with us), and it perfectly served our needs for the week.
Alberto was very quick to respond and was very friendly. Everything was amazing
We had a fabulous time renting this pop-up from Alberto! Easy to communicate with, super helpful with the setup and the camper was exactly as described. My hitch ended up being too high and it was not a problem at all. Alberto's wife easily set me up with one that would work and walked me through setting up the camper. We had a great weekend and will rent it again! Thank you!

Alberto and his wife were great helping me hook up the pop-cup camper to my car's hitch and showing me how to set everything up. I've rented many a Class C, but this was my first pop-up camping experience (towing one and staying in one). My son loved camping in the pop-up and we'll do it again!
