Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- All Amenities to be returned to rig to avoid an additional fee
- Awning to be secured during storms, winds etc
- Gas & Propane to be filled and tanks emptied to avoid additional charges
- Lock all outdoor cabinets prior to travel
- Once pick up and drop off are confirmed by both parties a late fee will be applied if delayed Absolutely no Dry camping. Hookup of electricity is mandatory
