Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets are not allowed. Renter is responsible for the cost of any damage caused by pets. Cleaning fees will apply, starting at $75.00 dollars an hour
- No smoking or vaping is permit any person to smoke or vape in the Vehicle; Smoking is NOT allowed in the RV. If evidence of smoking is found including the smell of cigarette smoke or wood smoke there
- No illegal, dangerous, or hazardous material are to carried or permitted in the Vehicle;
- Camper cannot be towed by anyone other than the registered Guest (unless such person is previously approved by the booking website);
- Camper can only be towed by a vehicle that has the proper towing capacity that meets or exceeds the gross vehicle weight of the Vehicle and has a trailer breaking system,
The winter season rate is for long-term winter rentals where the camper will be used in claimants the remain above freezing temperatures. Delivery can be added any ware in the continental united states. Please contact for a delivery quote.
