This RV is Very nice, it has a bunk area for the kids with a half bath, King size bed in the front, plenty of storage, it will have paper plates, Utensils, cups, coffee maker, linens, outdoor kitchen, movies, TV's. ( kids can bring there video games ) Lawn chairs. It is set up for my family to hook up and go.

- The trailer should be clean at return or pickup, a cleaning fee of $150-$500 will be taken out of deposit if left dirty,
- Rv toilets should be flushed with plenty of water and absolutely no baby wipes, female products, or regular toilet paper should ever be flushed!! I supply plenty of Rv toilet paper .
- Dry camping. Black tank is your responsibility to empty if you are dry camping, a $250 fee will be deducted from your deposit if it is not dumped.
- NO SMOKING, any sign or smell of smoke inside the rv will result in 100% loss of deposit.
- No cooking anything with strong odor inside rv. Examples: fish, bacon
