New 2022 27-foot travel trailer. Very clean, modern and bright. Plenty of room for the whole family. The slide out layout includes one King bed up front with mattress topper and sliding privacy doors. Two full size bunk beds in the back that are large enough for an adult to sleep on bottom bunk or are the perfect size for a couple of kids.

- The amenities/functions in the RV are limited to the location the RV will be parked at. Dry camping greatly limits RV functions that require power and water as dry camping would suggest.
- We do not provide a generator. You are welcome to bring your own. Please note not all functions run off the generator.
- For best utilization of the RV functions, choose sites that include power and water.
- We can deliver and pick up on Friday, Saturday or Sundays only. If it is a local delivery/pickup (within 30 miles), we can work to accommodate your schedule during the week evenings only.

The trailer was super clean and nit. We had everything we need for a weekend festival at gorge. The owner was also super helpful and responsive. Every time we had issue of using the trailer, they respond within a few minutes. We had a perfect weekend at the gorge thanks to their efforts!
