Lisa and John were absolutely fantastic! They trusted us with their trailer and were incredibly responsive, helpful, and generous with their time, answering all of our questions and offering assistance if needed. The trailer was perfect for our trip and felt like home for the two weeks we had it.
My towing truck had a break down and I notified them that I would be late. I texted them a picture of the truck and trailer being towed by the tow company so that they knew I was telling the truth. I confirmed with them that their next rental would not be for the next day and this situation would not impede onto their next rental. I had the trailer washed and cleaned before returning it.
We are are disappointed by the challenges faced on this trip and feel that the entire thing could have been managed better with open communication from the beginning of the breakdown, rather than waiting until the drop-off time when we called for eta to let us know it would be a late return.
Lisa and Jon were super flexible and communicative. The travel trailer was very clean. Jon delivered the trailer to our home as we used it for out of town guests. He set it up and oriented me to all the features. Will be renting from them again!
Lisa and Jon went above and beyond on this rental. The travel trailer worked perfectly for our needs, with lots of amenities. Plenty of sleeping space, the AC worked great even in near 100 degree heat, fridge and freezer worked well and were spacious.
