Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Trailer must be cleaned to same conditions as rented out. Cleaning supplies included under bunks, and under sink. Please vacuum, swiffer, and all kitchenware is cleaned/put away.
- Pickup: Dump the front auxiliary greywater tank and the grey/black tanks in the back before returning, use tank flush feature, or fee $75. For delivery; this service can be prepaid for $50.
- Make sure to be gentle with cabinets, flooring and cushions. No jumping on seats, cutting on kitchen countertops etc. Trailer is fragile, and repairs that seem small end up costing a lot.
