Gabriel was super easy to rent from and really made it easy for our trip. Highly recommend renting from him and the van was perfect for what we did.

The generator went out day 1 of a two week trip.
I was given instructions on how to fix it day 3. I purchased an extension chord to assist in the process. Inconvenient. Day 5 a repairman was called out and part was on back order. Never was fixed. Miserable trip with a $400. In my pocket refund after hotel stays and credit on my extra miles. Gabriel offered a week free on a letter trip.
Unfortunately this is correct, the generator did go out on this renters trip, as unexpected things do happen!
Everything in my power was done to rectify the situation, Lori was a great renter
This RV was perfect for 2 people. It was very easy to drive. The a/c worked great and the generator was quiet. The power awning is a nice feature and the awning led lights were just the right brightness. Communication with Gabriel from beginning to end was exceptional. Wish my trip was longer :)
