First time RV renter and this process was seamless! Although we had an issue with an Owner cancelling on us a week before our trip, Joe & Nelly stepped up to the plate and saved our trip! Joe was on time with the delivery and got us set up in no time. The trailer was just as pictured and more than we could have asked for. We highly recommend and would book again should the need arise!
