Anh's excellent communication prior picking up the camper van made driving and using the van's features a breeze. I found the How To videos extremely helpful in familiarizing myself on how to operate and utilize the van's features prior to departure.
The van is in excellent condition and is very comfortable.
First of all, this epic van is truly a fun rental for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). It is super clean with a very functional floor plan. We don’t feel cramp at all for our 6 days trip. The bed was super comfortable and the Luno mattress was a great add on for our 11 years old daughter to sleep on. The pick up and return process is easy and convenience.

The van is amazing! And the owners are so helpful! They gave us all the info we needed via YouTube videos, a walk through, and a folder with images and how-to tips. We had no issues. The bed was comfortable! Would rent again and will be recommending their van to others who may come to Seattle! They responded quickly to any questions we had. Great people!
We rented this camper van for 5 days/nights and had a very good experience. Everything was as promised and the owners were very helpful when we picked up the van and responsive with any questions we had. Everything worked and we had a very positive trip. I would recommend this van for future trips and would rent this van again.
