- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awning was replaced 10-27-23. Renter is responsible for retracting in inclement weather and uses at their own risk. Damage is the full responsibility of the renter.
- The sofa was recently replaced and is furnished with a sofa cover please do not allow pets on the sofa and please report any spills so they may be properly cleaned.
- This is absolutely a non-smoking vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and vapes.
We will happily deliver, setup and pickup within 150 miles to assist in your vacation experience. Our delivery fee includes setup and tear down.
