Great experience on all aspects. Hannah is very quick to respond to messages, and they are really easy to work with! The travel trailer was exactly as advertised. It was great for my family of 6. I would definitely rent from Hannah again.
They were quick to answer any questions prior to the rental.
They contacted me a few days before the rental to how we wanted it to be set up, and sent their address.
We called at 11:00pm about an issue and they called almost immediately.
We would definitely recommend and rent from them again.
Hannah and Zach were great in every way. I could not have asked for a better experience. The trailer was clean and able to sleep 6 very comfortably. Hannah's communication was great and their rates were very fair.
Hannah is delightful! Allowed me flexible pickup & dropoff times, which helped a lot. Camper was a little bigger than I usually rent, but was quite light for it's size. Good experience, Thanks Ms Hannah.
