Great rental experience. Clear communication. Flexible timing. We hauled the trailer 40 miles to our property for the Thanksgiving weekend to house additional family coming to visit for Turkey Day. Everyone who slept in the trailer slept well and we had a great family time.
This is a joint review for Marcus and RVShare. I would give a zero rating if the system would allow it. Marcus texted 1.5 hours before I was supposed to pick up, asked about the vehicle I would use (which I had entered on the RVShare site before reserving), and then he cancelled the reservation, saying my vehicle was too small and that it had the wrong connection (7-pin brake assist was needed).
