- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1) There is no roof access and no one should be on the roof for any reason.
- 2) You are responsible for following printed instructions for setup and tear down we have provided if applicable.
- 3) Absolutely no smoking, drug use or vaping is allowed. If it occurs, a fee will be charged to deodorize and to sanitize.
- 4) During high winds or while away from the camper for long periods of time the awning should be rolled in to protect it.
- 5) Remove all food from camper prior to leaving.
