There is a room that has a curtain to separate from rest of trailer with a queen sized bed, 2 double bunk beds in the back and a dining table that can be made into a bed as well.

- No smoking allowed
- No pets allowed in trailer unless pre approved by owner of trailer. If pet has made a mess or damaged anything in trailer a fee will be added.
- No smoking of any type in trailer. If there are any signs of smoking of any kind in the trailer there will be a fee added
- Once renter has agreed on the rental contract with owner renter may not leave trailer for any reason to anyone else that is not on rental or insurance contract and will be subject to loss of deposit.
