I don’t usually write bad review…but BEWARE! Great RV, looks exactly as picture and promised. Tim/Alma are responsive and helpful. The nightmare comes after the you return. Alma said it was too hot to do a walk through at return and like naïve trusting people, we left and waited for her to assess rv later. This was a mistake. We were accused of laundry list of damages at had no way to rebuttal.
Your review truly saddens me. Unfortunately, with the high cost of equipment and the 35% cut RVSHARE takes out of the rental, Unfortunately we do not have a budget to cover damage, and a damage fee is necessary, as there is a lot of work, and time involved, not including downtime, that it takes to take the motorhome back-and-forth for repairs.
