Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in rv or frying foods.
- No refunds will be given due to: Generator/battery malfunction when camping without power. If you have any concerns with how to use the generator, please contact us.
- No roof access or climbing on roof
- The black and gray water tanks should be emptied unless optional dump fee selected. The coach should be free of trash and cleaned. If any excessive cleaning is required, fees will be charged.
- Awnings were designed for sunshade only, not protection from the rain. Renters will make sure the awning is rolled in before going to bed, rainfall, bad weather or windy weather.
