Upon pickup, I felt like we were victims of a bait and switch scheme. Nathan was friendly and accommodating, however the RV was not what we were expecting for the price or the money. The shade awning was broken, as well as the stereo, also there were no tvs, but Nathan did lend us one he had purchased from another rental. The fabric was worn with holes in it, handles were falling off of the cupboards and drawers, but what could we do? We had planned this family vacation for a year and had no alternative but to take the RV.

Right away we noticed that the vent in the bathroom would not latch-my husband fixed that with a twist-tie. He also screwed back on cupboard faces that were falling off and a few handles. We tried to make the best of it.....not let it ruin our vacation.
I had to clean it from top to bottom prior to loading it, it was filthy.
Along the road the generator went out, which meant NO A/C in JULY. Nathan did try to find someone to fix it, but he was unable to locate anyone near us. We had to pay extra for hookups to stay cool and a rental car to travel inside of the state parks. Also, a window box covering fell down while we were driving and hit our son on the head.
On the way home we had to send our boys with my parents who had A/C so we could cross the Mohave Desert without fatality.

PS-THE SEPTIC TANK LEAKS AND THE STENCH IS BEYOND GAG WORTHY. It doesn't stink inside of the RV too bad, but the outside is dreadful making it embarrassing to have friends over to your campsite.

In return for the ruined vacation (we only get one a year), they offered us 40% off. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER RV AND ENJOY YOUR VACATION.

We absolutely loved renting the 29' Sunseeker from Nathan and Brian at Elite RV rentals. The RV matched our needs and treated us great during our trip. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, the RV drove like a charm, and we appreciated how kind and informative the team was at Elite RV.

One thing to note- we liked that the RV wasn't in pristine condition. The upholstry was worn, there were a few broken handles on things, a few missing blinds and what not. One could tell the RV had been well used. This didn't deter us in the slightest- in fact, we appreciated that aspect of it because we didn't want to worry about small details. Besides being a little banged up, the RV was clean and was a super value for the cost. We are grateful to have found this and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Not impressed. This RV was way below our expectation for close to 200/night. Actually turned us off of ever renting an RV again. Would have been better to tent camp.

This was my first experience renting an RV and using RVshare. We had a blast with the RV and it really made the reunion more enjoyable knowing we didn't have to drive anywhere during the weekend. We did experience the LP leak detector internittently failing and texts were returned and we were able to fix the issue while still vacationing.

Day before pickup Brian called to say the RV we wanted was not available and offered a 27ft or a 31ft, being as I had already booked the camp sites for a 29ft I took the 27ft, I had left messages on RVshare to pick up the RV on Saturday one day early and two calls to Brian but no answer so I asked him when he called and he said I could pickup at 9.30am, we arrived at 9.15 and nothing was ready and the cleaner was just starting to prep the RV on inspection the ABS idiot light was on so Stan his yard man said he would take to the shop and get it fixed after 20 minutes he returned to say the shop was closed and that I should take it or leave it, while he was driving back across the yard we heard a loud clanking noise which turned our to be the rear hub cap was hanging on by one nut Stan said he did not have any nuts to secure it so we told him to take it of and keep it and we got out of there after noon, I got home to load up and the auto step on the door stopped working.
Day 2 while pulling onto the freeway the TV fell hitting my passenger on his head leaving a bump and some blood and I realized it had not been secured to it's base and had been held in place with a little strap which snapped, Garment cubby door in the bedroom had no latch so the door was swinging open we secured it with a twist tie, roof vent in bathroom did not work and the crank was not attached to the lid so we had to try and repair it as you can't drive with it open, only one storage door could be locked out of three to the same hold

Very responsive to all my questions - We very much appreciate everything the owners have done for hrs

Overall, great experience and will consider it again.
