Steve is very responsive. The RV is easy to drive with only one catch, the rear view camera is on and off, so just have someone in the back to watch it for you. There were couple of minor issues related to me being a first time RV renter, i.e. did not know the gas valve was turn...

Communication was super fast and easy. RV was very clean and everything worked well. The awning was broken by the previous renter, but the owner didn't mention that before I picked it up. Would rent again!
