- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No parking the trailer under sappy pine trees.
- If the trailer is returned excessively dirty a $50/hr cleaning fee will be assessed.
- If the black and grey holding tanks are not emptied prior to return a $50 fee will be assessed.
- Must have a vehicle with a towing capacity of 10,000 lbs to rent this trailer.
