This is a 30’ before hitch (33’ total) length travel trailer. This trailer weighs 7300 lbs dry. They say it will sleep up to 10 guests, but I say 6 comfortably, more than that if they are little kids.
Things included with rental: Utensils, grill, electric skillet, 2 small fans, 2 TV’s, sheets (you will need pillows).

Will deliver depending on distance. Distance will determine delivery fee! If you bring the camper back with gray or black water, I will add the $10 fee for me to have to hook up and take the camper to dump the tanks, it will not be optional at that point.
