Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no pets or smoking in RV, Volitions will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- late fee applies if the RV is not returned when due. (up to 6 hours $100, over 6 hours will be the daily rate)
- If the waste water is not emptied there will be a $50 charge for me to take it and have it done.
