Kellyville is a small town along Historic Route 66 in Creek County, Oklahoma. The town was named after James E. Kelly, a trader who started his trading post in the area in 1892. On November 27, 1893, a post office was set up in Kellyville with James Kelly as the first postmaster. In 1898, the St. Louis and Oklahoma City Railroad constructed a railway line across Kellyville.
