The Washington County Fair in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is a six-day event filled with classic fair attractions, thrilling rides, and live entertainment. It also hosts a rodeo featuring bull riding, barrel racing, and calf roping.

RVING AT THE EVENT
Visitors can set up camp at the Washington County Fairgrounds campground and camp during the week of the Washington County Fair. If you don't own an RV, you can rent one in the area to attend the fair rather than staying in a hotel room. The campground has 24 sites with full hookups and 85 with water and electricity. The remaining 50 are available for dry camping, and there is a dump station onsite. You must make a reservation in advance to stay in the campground. If you want to stay offsite, there are several campgrounds close by: • Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort offers RV sites with electric, water, and sewage connections, and each site has its own fire pit and picnic table. The property amenities include a laundry facility, private shower rooms, a general store, a rec room, a pool, two playgrounds, and a dump station. • Prairie Springs RV Park provides RV sites with full hookups, including electricity, water, and sewage. The property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your pets with you; however, you cannot bring your pets to the fair.

There are several hotels near Fayetteville where you can stay during the Washington County Fair, or you can book a room to get a break from RVing. • From the north (Springdale, AR): Head south on I-49 S. Take exit 62B for 15th Street toward US-71 Business. Continue onto McConnell Avenue, and the fairgrounds will be on your right after about 1 mile. • From the south (Fort Smith, AR): Head north on I-49 N. Take exit 62B for 15th Street toward US-71 Business. Continue onto McConnell Avenue, and the fairgrounds will be on your right after about 1 mile. • From the east (Russellville, AR): Take I-40 W to I-49 N. Continue on I-49 N, and take exit 62B for 15th Street toward US-71 Business. Continue onto McConnell Avenue, and the fairgrounds will be on your right after about 1 mile. • From the west (Siloam Springs, AR): Head east on US-412 E toward I-49 S. Take exit 62B for 15th Street toward US-71 Business. Continue onto McConnell Avenue, and the fairgrounds will be on your right after about 1 mile. • From Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA): Head south on I-49 S. Take exit 62B for 15th Street toward US-71 Business. Continue onto McConnell Avenue, and the fairgrounds will be on your right after about 1 mile. The drive typically takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
PARKING
Parking at the Washington County Fairgrounds is free for all guests. However, depending on the time of day and the event schedule, parking can get crowded, so it is advisable to arrive early to secure a convenient spot. Alternatively, many RVers park further away from the main gate and take the free shuttle to avoid the hassle of navigating the crowds.
TICKETS & PRICING
Ticket prices for the 2025 Washington County Fair have not yet been announced. However, last year, general admission tickets were $5, and children under five got in for free.
