This is the second time we are renting from Emily and like the first time the RV rental was again exceptional. From the first communication until pick up , all was going smoothly and as discussed. This is a scam the camper is extremely hot and didn’t cool at all during the day. Then I got charged additional fees for stuff that wasn’t true including an extermination fee for roaches. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have any food or do any cooking in the camper so if there was roaches they were there before we arrived. We even went back and cleaned and double checked everything before we left.
Kendra, we strive to provide the best, in hopes others will treat our unit as their own & leave it in or near the condition it was upon delivery. That was not the case here; upon pick-up we discovered roaches presumedly brought in by your family, as we have never had pests previously.
This RV Rental was an excellent experience - from the moment I contacted Emily until the day of pick up. She delivered on time, setup and connected the RV,, which was well maintained and very clean. From bedding to coffee maker, all was available as described. Throughout the days of rental Emily was available for any additional questions.

Emily was fabulous to rent from! She was so helpful and answered all of our questions regarding the area we were staying in and the RV itself. It was great that they dropped it off and picked it up for us, allowing for a stress free weekend. The actual RV was just as shown in the pictures. Our family of 5 fit great, my daughter loved the bunk beds.
