Bryce made himself very available to any and all issues. Overall the vehicle was as described. I would rent the vehicle again once the few issues are addressed. Overall Bryce was good to work with and the vehicle was nice. We just had a few issues.
Was told the air conditioner issues mentioned in other reviews was corrected. It was not! 30 travel hours with 95°+ and 5 ladies in the back of that RV made for a miserable experience.
I spent 3 hours cleaning up the previous renters month long travel mess (even the bathroom) before I could get it on the road.
Thanks for the feedback! Only issues I have and want to make sure other potential renters understand is that the AC broke with the previous renter. We discussed this 4 days prior to your pickup that I couldn’t get it in the shop in time and that you should look for a new rental. You denied and said it would be fine.
RENTER BEWARE!!!! Pickup process was fantastic. Communication before pick up was excellent as well. My flight was earlier in the day and owner accommodated my request to pick up rental early. I was advised that previous renters had complained that the AC didn’t blow as cold as they wanted but I was assured it would work enough to make me comfy at night.
Sorry to hear all of this. I apologize for the delay but I was attempting to go through RVShare to get some of your money back because of your payment amount they keep over 42%. But since you want your money now that’s totally ok I am happy to refund you 1/3 of what I got paid. I hope your experience is better the next time around.
Great experience, had a minor problem with the back AC not working intermittently, but overall great rental to travel from Oklahoma to Florida.
Wonderful experience driving van to Colorado resort. Perfect for 3 generations traveling together. Bryce was helpful and responsive to our questions!
