Randy was great to work with on pick up, drop off, & responding quickly to a question on the road. The RV was great! Whatever you do, do not use the RV Share insurance- they are absolutely awful. They informed me on day 5 of our vacation that the 2nd driver was not approved, & never could tell us why nor tried in any way to help or fix the problem!
This was my first time using RVshare and also using an RV for travel, so there were a lot of firsts and some learning on this trip for me. Randy was fantastic and very good with communication in all phases of the rental and that was a big help while on the road if something came up. Rental process was very smooth and pickup and drop off both were very easy and pretty quick.
Fantastic overall experience! The best part was the direct line of communication with Randy, and his patience with our inexperience. Pick up and return was a breeze. We highly recommend renting with Randy. Thank you Randy for the opportunity to experience RV-ing for the first time. Oh yes, the RV orientation was most helpful and greatly appreciated.
Everything went very well, communication and flexibility was more than I could ask for. I would definitely recommend renting this RV!
