The drive to the park is very scenic, with a great view of the falls driving into the park and a great view of Mount Rainier through most of the park. North Cascades National Park is located approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes away from Lake Stevens, Washington. This park is home to the second-largest glacier in the contiguous United States, as well as waterfalls, alpine meadows, and old-growth forests.

It’s a small park that was a wonderful place to stay versus the big parks in Poulsbo. Very wooded and private sites with clean facilities and a beautiful walk to the beach.
