Well stocked and very comfortable camper! Doug is very friendly and helped us with a hitch last minute when I realized mine won't support the trailer. 100% recommend!
Doug went far and above what you would expect for a rental. He delivered it to my house, walked me through how everything worked, and wished me a good trip. We camped 50 miles away and had a problem with the batteries the first night. He purchased 2 new batteries and CAME TO WHERE WE WERE CAMPING and replaced them. I couldn't believe he would do that. He provided exceptional service.
Douglas was great communicating and keeping me informed. Unit was well equipped and clean. Would definitely rent again if the need arose.
Doug's trailer was perfect for my weekend getaway at my daughter's house, and Doug even dropped it off and picked it up. The trailer was clean and everything worked as advertised. I will rent from Doug again.
