Outstanding. Great RV for the value and very much appreciated Chuck's super service and care!
Jason was very helpful when I was trying to find a replacement reservation at the last minute. He answered my questions and met with me so I could look at the trailer in person to make sure it would work for our family. He went out of his way to make our trip a good one. The price was affordable and the trailer has a great layout. Everything worked well and he gave me a thorough walk-around to make sure I knew how to set it up. I pulled this trailer with a 2000 F250 SD and didn't have any trouble pulling it (with the one exception, pulling up a steep switchback 2 lane mountain road... not the trailers fault!). Overall we had a great trip and we would do it again.
We thoroughly enjoyed renting the trailer. It was clean and well equipped. Tom was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the process.
Joes's motorhome was a perfect fit for the family trip. The unit was in excellent operational condition, drove very well, was clean and looked virtually new. The owner, Joe, was personable and positive and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. A pleasure to deal with. I would rent this motorhome again and I highly recommend Joe. Regards, Mike
Great motorhome and very well taken care of! Everything worked and we had zero issues during our 4 night trip. Communication was great and owners are very friendly and helpful!
Overall great experience. I little hiccup with the rental paperwork process, but in the end, not a big issue. RV was very clean and set up very nice. Coordinating with the Fleet Mgr., Zavier for pick up and drop off was excellent. He was patient and very accommodating while dealing with my flight delays/changes. This was my first experience in RVing. The Minnie Winnie did drive as described; very smooth and easy. Would definitely rent from Tony and his team again.
Trailer was very clean and everything worked. Owner was responsive and helpful. I would have no issues recommending this trailer to someone.
I want to preface these comments by stating that I am a U.S. Foreign Service Diplomat on leave for the holidays. I have owned several RVs and am in the process of restoring a 1963 Airstream, which is why I needed to rent an RV. I had several emails to Gabor to inquire about this RV, as pictures of "Brody" RV didn't necessarily match, i.e. two different kitchen layouts, and interior arrangements. I have to say though, Gabor is quick to respond to inquiries, even up to the day of pick-up to ask that the refrigerator be turned on AND to confirm the furnace was operable since we would be in cold climate. I was assured on day of pick up with my last email before arriving that "Brody" was ready to go. When we arrived, I did not see RV "Brody" in their lot however. I was told I'd be using "Aggie". I inquired as to whereabouts of "Brody" and was told that it was not available. Upon inspecting Aggie, I found it to be in horrible condition. Dinette table surface cracked, molding falling off in many places, the cloth coverings were actually disgusting. The overall condition of Aggie was truly sub-par. I told the owner(s), I was not taking this unit for our trip. Apparently the person that I was emailing was not at the location in Las Vegas, rather in New York. I spoke to her on the phone and after several exchanges about what was promised, even up to the day of, and what was available to me, we settled on using another unit "Winnie12" rather than cancel our trip and get a refund. But this unit had issues as well. The passenger mirror was broken off. This took about an hour to replace from another RV on the lot. Got to our destination in the dark. Upon check out, things seemed operable … But after driving for 2 hours to get to our destination, it was obvious that this unit was not well maintained at all. I must say that this rental outfit is really not experienced with RVs in the least. I spent 1/2hr with them at the end of our journey to inform them of how an RV is supposed to function. Nice Hungarian people, but really they do not have a clue. Below is a highlight list of issues with this unit; * Water pump leaking. Constantly having to make up pressure. visible water pooling at doorway. * Cracked vents/fan: Rattled to no end above your head while driving. Asked about this before taking off as it was string tied in place. * House batteries have dead cell: Tried to explain this to the owner as you could not make it through the night on a charge. Only thing running was the furnace fan. (interesting, while explaining this to the owner, he insisted that batteries only last for an hour) This of course is not the case for how RVs work. He also tried to show me that the battery was reading good on a 'draw-test'. However, what he didn't realize was that he was testing the generator starting battery, which was good. * Furnace (propane) and A/C unit wired to same thermostat, but not wired correctly. To run the generator to charge the house batteries while having the propane furnace on, the A/C would come on as well. No way to turn off A/C and keep furnace running. Ended up having to run the engine to get us heat when the batteries were dead. (Owner tried to tell me that furnace can only come on with generator, which is obviously not the case) Had to show him the procedure to which left him scratching his head and indicating that he needed to return the RV to the dealer. * Their advertisement states that all you need it food and drinks! We found this to not be the case as there were several basic utensils and cooking equipment lacking. Really … paper cups for coffee? Bottom Line: Think twice before using this outfit! I had read one review stating a previous renter had been given another RV than was promised and I thought that was possibly a 'one-off' case. But after several emails from Gabor on the condition of the RV I was supposed to be renting and that it was ready to go …. well, from above, you can see there is much to be desired. They have about 14 RVs I'm told. There were all in similar condition, save for a couple new ones.
Excellent experience. Vance communicated really well and was flexible with the pick up and drop off.
Clinton was a pleasure to work with. This was our first RV experience and he made it seamless. He explained everything, was very available and really friendly. The RV was great and absolutely nothing to complain about. Great value and great memories. We whole heartedly recommend this RV and Clinton. The Diamond family.
Gabor was as accommodating as can be. We picked it up on Christmas day and he agreed to an early pickup to help us start our trip early. All questions were answered promptly and helpfully and the entire experience was great! Highly recommended!
This RV was easy to drive, easy to operate, and very clean. Everything worked great and the linens etc. provided were really nice. This was our first RV experience and it's going to be tough to beat. Nic and Jon were great and super accommodating.
Renting with Joe and Kathy was a great experience that I would happily do again. When there was an issue with the battery because of cold weather, Joe and Kathy were very communicative and attentive.
Joe and Kathy made RVing a thoroughly pleasant experience for us first time RVers. The RV was well-stocked, extremely clean, and they made sure to get us comfortable with all it's features before we set out. Our experience was so nice, we plan to rent again soon.
Bill was so helpful in instruction and operation of his very lovely RV. The RV was in excellent condition and ready to go when we arrived. Can't give a higher review. We headed to Bryce and Zion NP over Xmas with our last day of camping in Valley of Fire State Park.
An absolute awesome rental experience. Any questions I had (is heat setting) was due to myself being a first time RV’r, and addressed by owner. Can’t wait to rent again! Had absolutely everything one would need in an RV. The owner was very thorough, prompt and attentive, especially to a first time renter like myself. Very clean as well. Just an overall great experience for our Holiday drive to LA and back
Generator will not charge batteries for 12 volt systems. After 2 nights batteries were dead. no lights,no heat and no running water. When we tried to close the slide it wound not move even with truck hooked up. It took 2 hours for truck power to charge batteries enough to close slide. I returned trailer on Dec 5 two days early. My charges should reflect this!
This RV was the perfect size. Easy to drive and easy to set-up. Owners communicated very well and were always helpful. I would 100% rent this RV again and explore even more of what the desert has in store.
The RV trailer was great. We camped in the Death valley, and overall had a great experience. We towed with their VW toureg without any difficulty and we are grateful that they let us rent it. Most people we met on the campsite were amazed that the SUV could tow the RV. My only suggestion is that they could stock the RV better to enhance the renters experience. My first RV rental was in PA, and it came stocked with all cooking essentials, potable table with chairs, and a table top grill, flashlights, batteries, first aid kit etc, shampoos, lotions.. pretty much anything you could think of. Perhaps they set the expectation very high, cause I was surprised to find that we had to bring some of our own stuff, including few essentials such as cooking oil, a little inconvenient for out of state renters. It also did not have a scrubber for the dishes or a trash can. We were also surprised that one of their LPG cylinders was empty and we were told that this was our responsibility to fill it. The beds were not made, and I had to ask them for additional linen for the table that converts into a bed. We had emailed them about potentially making a potable table and table top grill available, but this was not accommodated. Again, this could be simply because our first RV experience was exceptional and the owner went out of the way to accommodate all our needs. Other than that, great experience overall. The RV is relatively new and pretty functional. The heater works well, we were warm and comfortable at night. The stand up shower is a plus. We saw some amazing places in Death Valley and had a great time with friends.
The experience with this RV was fantastic. We spent 4 nights out camping around Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, etc. perfect fit for 4 adults. Kitchen, bathroom, beds ... everything was comfortable and well placed. Joe explained everything very clearly the first day, and he also gave us some 'instructional' videos of the RV beforehand, which came very much in handy. Joe also provided towels, sleeping sheets and blankets, utensils, plates, soap, ... nothing was missing in this RV! Also very easy to drive if you have driven a medium sized U-haul.
Ryan was really great to work with, probably the most helpful, friendly and accommodating experience I have had.
My wife and I took the RV on a 11-day November trip through the Utah national parks. Everything about the experience was great. Joan was very responsive to all my questions before I booked and throughout the process. Pickup was easy, and Joan was very flexible about both pickup and drop-off times. The vehicle drives well -- generally enough power for hills on the interstate, unlike some others I have rented. It has all the basics, plus all the stuff you would probably put in if it was yours -- a complete tool drawer, good kitchen equipment, collapsible chairs, nice bedding. It is on the smaller end of the Class Bs - I am 6 foot tall and I bumped my head a lot. But it was also the cheapest Class B I could find for rent in Las Vegas, so overall it was a great value.
