- No OFF-ROADING towing or hitch use allowed. Sand Dunes or Dry Lake Beds are not permitted. Death Valley is PROHIBITED during June 1 - September 30 due to extreme temperatures.
- Festivals/special events must have prior approval. If RV is taken without consent renter agrees to forfeit their security deposit, pay festival cleaning fees, maintenance and festival nightly rates.
- Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages. GPS tracking onboard. Tampering with device will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Pets or smoking not allowed, renter agrees to forfeit security deposit if pet brought on board or if smoking in or near the RV.
- Any ODORS, dirt, sand, debris, mud, trash etc. , left in or out of the motorhome will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Dale and Daisy were really great to work with. They responded quickly to our questions and were extremely helpful in teaching us how to work all of the systems and adapt to driving the RV. Pick up and drop off was flawless even though we had a last minute change in our itinerary. The RV was clean and well equipped for our week long trip.

Pickup and drop off both had to be changed because my flights were changed and they were very accommodating. Rig was as advertised and the rental experience as well as the vacation was excellent. Thank you both so much for a great trip!

Be careful when you pick up the RV and check everything is working BUT under plan for replacement. Because you never know what cost you after return the RV and receive an unexpected payment for replacement of any part which is still working during your whole trip. People should not pay for any refurbishment that it was under planned by the owner.
