We rented Elvis and had a great experience and a great time on the road.
The pick up was very smooth. Mike and Lisa explained everything about the RV and took the time to answer questions. The folder in the RV is very helpful.
While on the road, when we had question, they were very responsive via text or a voice call.
The RV was in great condition. We didn’t have any issues.
Owners were responsive and great communicators. Was easy to modify the reservation as well. Elvis had a lot of storage and all the basics we needed for a great two week roadtrip for 2 adults and 2 kids. Averaged 8mpg over 2200 miles. I highly recommend renting a cooler and an electric griddle. The fridge was surprisingly large and held plenty of food. Used the cooler just for drinks.
This was our first experience with RV travel and it was great. The pickup process was thorough, which we needed, and answered all our questions. Even once on the road we forgot some things and the provided booklet was helpful but the opportunity to ask over text or phone was also very helpful. Will definitely rent from them again if the opportunity arises.
Not 100% perfect but nothing ever is. Mike was kind and patient and even got our kids some gear to make s’mores. It was our first RV experience and we would totally do it again.
If you can drive a large truck, you can manage Elvis.
