Hi, we are Michael and Lisa. We call Las Vegas, NV, home but come from Colorado and Chicago. We love to go camping with the family enjoying wonderful places throughout the western United States. We rented this RV for 4 weeks, this was a wonderful experience for my family. Communication with Mike and Lisa was easy and they demonstrated flexilibility with all aspects of the booking, pick-up and return procedures.
Best experience, Lisa was very helpful really nice and explained everything from top to bottom. Drop off was really easy. Will be back to book with lisa and michael! Thank you for everything.
We very much enjoyed our RV experience. As first timers, we were a little nervous about the care/ operation of the RV, but Lisa and Michael gave us great instructions at pick-up. They also provided a binder with back-up instructions, and were very responsive when we had some small issues and needed some help.
RIPOFF!!! Future RV renters PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They will rent you the RV, they will take a deposit from you and when you come to return the RV, they will start making up all kinds of lies to try to steal your deposit. They took my entire deposit after I returned the Rv better than I received it. Also the RV had many issues which the owners were not willing to address.
There were no issues concerning the RV addressed by the renter. The renter lost his deposit for lying about going to Burning Man. The agreement he signed stated that if the RV was taken to Burning Man, he would lose the security deposit. It was evident from social media and the playa dust throughout the RV that he took the RV to Burning Man.
Renting an RV can be a stressful experience on many aspects: it’s different than driving a car, there are things to learn to use it correctly (e.g. Water management) and you can wonder if the owner will try to charge you fees at the end that you are not responsible for. Well, the whole adventure with Memphis was seamless and easy.
It was our first experience and it was amazing!
