Mojave Narrows is located on an old riverbed in the high desert. It has beautiful waterways and woodland areas, but the park is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To camp there during those days, you must make a seven- or 14-day reservation.

There is year-round fishing except on Thursdays and plenty of fun for children in the playground and splash park. It has equestrian trails and disc golf. There are approximately 1,500 species of wildlife that live along the Mojave River, and it’s fun to watch the animals go about their business.
