Hi Rona, im sorry you are upset that you guys have to pay for damages caused by you and your guests at Burning Man. You guys crashed the side of our unit, punctured a hole into our jack knife sofa bed and went ahead to tape up fridge doors which caused paint to come off the walls, which we did not charge you for..
Veronica and her husband were awesome. Our family first camping experience was so much better thanks to their spacious RV and the experience/ knowledge they provided for us!! Kids love this!

THIS UNIT IS IN ROUGH SHAPE. RENTED IT FOR THE NEW YEAR IN STODDARD VALLEY AND ITS VERY VERY WORN. WE RECEIVED IT WITH THE FRESH WATER NOT BEING COMPLETELY FILLED. WE GOT BLAMED FOR A GENERATOR AND GOT CHARGED FOR IT BECAUSE THE PULL STRING RIPPED ON IT. THE GENERATOR IS OLD AND EXTREMELY USED AND BECAUSE A STRING BROKE DURING OUR USE WE GOT BLAMED FOR A NEW GENERATOR.
Jose, our units have obvious normal ware and tare. You received this unit in exceptional conditions. Clean and sanitary.
We are sorry our unit did not meet your expectations, however, as you can tell, our unit (S) have EXCELLENT reviews.
As for our generator, there was nothing wrong with it at drop off. You guys broke our handle, cord and damaged the battery.
