We had a great time at Big Bear Lake in this RV (trailer) that Veronica and family delivered to our campsite. They were super responsive and communicated in advance and during our rental with any minor challenges we had as inexperienced RV-ers. They even drove back to our campsite to help out when phone support didn't work!
