- Festival trips require our written approval. Unapproved attendance (e.g., Burning Man) will result in repossession at your expense plus restoration/cleaning fees—please ask us first.
- Pets welcome with the pet add-on—please disclose them. Keep pets off furniture and never unattended; bring covers. Excess hair or accidents may require extra cleaning.
- No smoking or vaping in the RV. Violations may require deodorizing/ozone cleaning and downtime fees to prepare the coach for the next family.
- Return by 5:00 p.m. MT. After-hours check-in 5–9 p.m. is available for a small $100 hourly fee; no arrivals after 9 p.m. due to site rules. Early-AM pickup can be booked in advance.
