- RVs returned with excessive dirt, odors, debris, trash, or mud inside or outside will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Damage to the RV roof caused by unauthorized access will result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional applicable fees.
- Off-road driving, towing, and travel outside the country are strictly prohibited (GPS tracking is active). Any tampering with the tracker will result in forfeiture of the renter’s deposit.

Gene was such a phenomenal host who made our trip super easy and convenient. He was super helpful so you feel familiar to the RV and even provided a reference photo increase you forget his to operate some things. The RV also has a back up camera that can be used while driving that helps a lot when changing lanes.
