We had a great experience with Kelly. There were a few glitches, but nothing major. The camper was well-stocked and very clean. The camper was set up, and a table was provided by Kelly to place under the exterior outlet - a nice surprise! The table proved to be very convenient and a big plus. Kelly was friendly, attentive, and sent a prompt response to our emails.
Kelly was wonderful. Very communicative, very quick to answer questions. The trailer is quite comfortable and was clean and had lovely extras waiting for us. If you want a great experience making memories, don't hesitate to rent this trailer from Kelly. 5+ stars!!
I did not pick up the RV ! And find it very strange that you charge to have it delivered and then charged us again for an insurance that has no incidence to that effect seeing that it was delivered ! I would really like to understand this double charge and would appreciate to get a response on this ! Thank you !
