John is very friendly and communicates very well. Grand Haven was wonderful and John setting everything up was the right decision for a great parking job in a tight fit. John was on time for delivery and pick up. The trailer is top notch. Wish the park had internet to watch Tiger baseball.
This was a great RV to stay in. John was great to deal with and had a great time on our trip. There's lots of room and storage. The beds were very comfortable.
