This was a wonderful experience renting the RV, it was delivered, set up and had all the amenities listed, Thalia was a great communicator and walked through all information and answered all questions in a timely manner, it was my first time ever staying in an RV, I would do it again! This was not our best RvShare experience and we would not rent this one again.
We are newer to RV camping and that is why we paid for delivery and setup and a site that had electric and sewer. The RVShare guidelines state "Dumping fee: The responsibility for dumping the waste tanks should be determined prior to the start of the trip.
I am sorry for your troubles during your trip. As far as the refrigerator we are still working on trying to figure that out. You had only communicated that it blew twice and we had spare fuses you used them. For the RV not being leveled, you were on a very flat concrete pad and we use a level to make sure it's as level as possible.
We had a great time. The RV is beautiful and just as described. A pleasure working with Thalia.
