The RV was set up and ready for us when we got there, fully ready to go. The only issue was with the fridge, and John communicated that clearly before we got there and offered a substitute fridge to help tide us over. The issue was totally out of his control, and we appreciated how up-front he was about the issue. Honestly, it was a great RV for our family -- clean, and plenty of room.
Everything was perfect! It was all setup and ready when we got there. Everything was clean. John was responsive and answered any questions I had. Definitely would rent this again in the future.

Great communication and experience with the renter, and the camper was very clean. We loved the size of the camper with our three little kids--the bunks are perfect. Overall, great experience and would rent again!
