- "Betty" comes with one full tank of gas and one full tank of propane. Fresh water will be filled for guests who are dry camping. Refills of any tanks needed during a trip are at renter's expense.
- "Betty" comes with a guest handbook. Please be sure to read through the handbook at the time of your arrival and again at the time of your departure to ensure you have the best possible experience.
- "Betty" MAY NOT BE TAKEN TO BURNING MAN. Owner reserves the right to equip unit with a tracking device anytime.
