- Waste tanks (black and gray) must be emptied out and flushed prior to return. A $150/fee will be assessed unless you selected the optional dump fee prior to booking.
- Pets are allowed but will incur a per pet fee. Please select the optional pet fee when booking. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if you bring pets and did not preselect the pet fee when booking.
- Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the camper. $250 fee will be assessed if violated.

The RV was set up and ready when we arrived.Jenny was great at communicating and provided all the amenities we needed
We were first time RV campers/renters and both Jenny and her husband made our experience simple! They were VERY helpful at pickup by walking us through how everything worked, and answering all of our questions. The RV was fully supplied with linens, dishes, and cleaning supplies- which we were prepared for but this was extremely helpful! Beautiful and clean RV. Wonderful experience!
