- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Contact us immediately with any questions or concerns.
- We expect normal wear and tear and don’t ask you to deep clean, but please keep the RV tidy and treat our property with respect.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING.
- Dogs welcome with fee. We highly recommend securing dogs for travel & REQUIRE they are crated if unattended. We strongly discourage leaving dogs unattended unless you have a temp monitoring device.
- A $300 refueling fee will apply if the RV is not returned with a full tank of gas. A $50 dump fee will apply if gray and black water tanks are not dumped prior to return.
