Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking in the RV, or within range smoke will enter the RV. A violation of this rule will result in additional fees based on cost to remove any evidence of smoking or odors.
- Please clean up after using the RV, and take all personal property with you. If you use chairs, the canopy, please pack them up before you leave.
- If you are bringing a pet, please use a kennel when you're not with them, to prevent damage to the RV. Fees will be assessed based on cost to repair.
- Renters are not authorized to move, tow, or reposition the RV. No alterations to the RV are permitted. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee. Do not move the RV please.
- Renters are not permitted to use the awning, and a 10X10 canopy is provided in the front storage compartment. This is requirement from my own commercial policy.
