Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking in the RV, or within range smoke will enter the RV. A violation of this rule will result in additional fees based on cost to remove any evidence of smoking or odors.
- Please clean up after using the RV, and take all personal property with you. If you use chairs, the canopy, please pack them up before you leave.
- If you are bringing a pet, please use a kennel when you're not with them, to prevent damage to the RV. Fees will be assessed based on cost to repair.
- Renters are not authorized to move, tow, or reposition the RV. No alterations to the RV are permitted. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee. Do not move the RV please.
- Renters are not permitted to use the awning, and a 10X10 canopy is provided in the front storage compartment. This is requirement from my own commercial policy.

Jacob was a great communicator and always answered my questions promptly. We stayed at a campsite with 6 other families, and almost all of them had trouble with their campers. We had no issues. The camper was stacked with everything we needed, AC blew nice and cold at night and all we had to do was show up and leave when ready. Thank you Jacob for making this an awesome experience!

What a great rental! We stayed in this RV for 6 nights at Ginnie Springs with my family of 4. It was exactly as listed and had everything we needed inside, including a drip coffee maker which was perfect when you want to make an entire pot of coffee! The canopy was huge and was able to seat a 10 foot picnic table under.

This RV is amazing! We booked it for a weekend camping trip and this RV made it extra relaxing. Jocab really thought of everything you could need on RV trip. From the extra chairs, outdoor rug, string lights, every cooking utensils you would need. And a big plus was how cold the AC and refrigerators were!
