Justin was a great host and communicated very well, everything went smooth and I would definitely rent from him again. I want to point out for future renters that 2 of the 4 bunks in the back are very, very small for small children. Don’t plan on fitting 4 adults back there. Also the actual length of the camper itself is 32’ a little smaller than advertised.
I apologize about the confusion with the bunk sizes. Hopefully in the future we can communicate better and find a camper that can accommodate everyone correctly. As far as the length, the 2022 Grand Design Transcend 321BH has has an exterior length of 36’ 11”. This is important for campsite bookings so a small site does not get book by mistake.
Well this trip was a complete disaster, and ruined our trip, and I am still dealing with RV share and Justin. We got to the RV which was set up for us.
The trailer was set up and had everything we needed. It was in good shape, and the owner was good at communicating before and during the trip.
Justin was very easy to deal with. He delivered and picked up the camper as agreed. Camper was as described. Beds all have memory foam on them which was wonderful. Kitchen has your basic needs for cooking. Would rent from again.
Justin was responsive and great customer service.
