Bedding is included. As well as towels, cleaning supplies, basic kitchen supplies, a Keurig, crockpot, dvd payer with tv, card games and an outdoor grill!

- Renter agrees to pay $200 cleaning fee if camper is returned in poor condition, and excessive cleaning is needed upon return.
- Renter agrees to pay $200 empty fee if Water, Grey and Black tanks are not emptied upon return if used.
- Renter Forfeits $500 deposit is any structural damages are done to camper. Renter is responsible for ALL personal liabilities while using the camper.
- Renter will inform owner immediately if anything is not working with camper, or if any damages occur.
- Pets are allowed, however if there is any damage from pets, renter agrees to pay $200 damage fee. $50 pet fee is charged for any pets in camper when booking.
