- All Tanks Except Fresh Water must be emptied prior to return of RV. $150 dump fee will apply.
- Any returns past the agreed upon time will result in additional fees at the Owner's discretion. Transparency with owners for return time can avoid additional fees and owners will try to accommodate.
- This RV is not available for "boondocking". All rentals must have electrical hookups at a minimum.
- Owners do not permit towing/hauling unless agreed upon in advance. Unit is rented with a locked hitch pin. Removal of this pin will result in an additional charge of $500 to the renter.

James and Kelsy were extremely helpful and quickly responsive when we needed them to help with our vacation rental. This motorhome was a fantastic alternative to driving to our destination with 8 adults instead of flying over the holidays. This is a great way to travel! Our family had an amazing 10 day vacation using this RV.
We had a great experience renting James’ RV. It was like new and the whole process when very smoothly.
We just got back from a long weekend trip, and we absolutely loved this RV. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the loft bed and just loved hanging out in it when it got too cold outside for them. My husband and I loved all the amenities and that it was such a smooth, and easy process to rent. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
We just wrapped up a long weekend getaway with two tweens who loved their private spaces in the bunk beds after a lot of family-together-time. Renting an RV on the long October weekend has become a family tradition and we’ll definitely rent this one again. Great vehicle and great space. James and Kelsey were very responsive when I needed help with leveling the vehicle at the campsite.
Our family had the best week ever! Definitely one of our favorite family vacations. Kelsy and James were so fabulous to work with!
